The Crestline Altra Series for the Ryobi 3302H and 3304H has proven to print without the difficulties of finicky water balance, time consuming attention and provide professional results, all with the existing recirculator, bridge roller and rider roller left intact.
And since Accel kept simplicity in mind, the Crestline Altra Series integrates easily into the press without cutting or drilling so it’s done quickly without causing you valuable downtime in the installation process.
Crestline also uses the existing features of the Ryobi original dampener, the bridge roller, rider roller and the recirculator so there’s no need to pay extra as with some other aftermarket dampeners. Inking and cleaning is easy and operation is just a matter of controlling the ink. Maintenance of the Crestlines require nothing more then de-glazing the rollers periodically along with the ink train, removing the hassle of extra care as in seals used on other dampeners, avoiding the potential corrosive fountain solution leaks that damage the press or it’s components.

Crestline® Altra Series Dampener
The Crestline® Altra Series delivers instant ink and water balance without waiting for molletons to dampen. It operates without alcohol, reduces paper waste and delivers incredibly sharp, bright color with less ink. The Altra features two oscillation nips to improve the milling of ink and water. This unique feature provides a smoother, more uniform film of water across the plate and the ability to run drier. Altra Series can be used with an existing recirculation system or the Accel AccuChill™. The Altra gives the operator the flexibility of adjusting the moisture, while running, to meet each job's specific needs. Altra dampeners have no end seals to wear out or replace. Color changes and end of the day cleanup are automatic because the dampener cleans up with the ink train. The Altra Series retains all the existing ink rollers for maximum inking power & efficiency. Installation can be done quickly without altering the press. Typically, a four color press can be converted in under two days and one or two color presses can be converted and printing the same day.

Continuous Feed Dampener
The Crestline® continuous feed dampener is designed to provide an uninterrupted flow of fountain solution to the plate, delivering instant ink and water balance. Color is achieved in only a few sheets. The Crestline runs without alcohol for minimal maintenance and does not allow moisture to migrate back into the ink fountain. Crestline dampeners are easy to use and include single lever control, gear driven operation, ball bearing construction and an easily removable water tray. Accel's AccuChill™ system may be adapted easily. Installation can be done in just a few hours, without altering the press, and any operator can be trained to use the Crestline Dampener in less than an hour.
